Our head Chef, Russell, believes good food is often simple dishes elevated by the use of the finest, fresh produce. During your stay, you can savour the mouth watering dishes that he creates, together, with our Santorini team of chefs.

Chef Joao transforms from Joao to ‘Giovanni’ when lighting up the pizza oven for a casual courtyard lunch. A gourmet selection of toppings and thin crunchy pizza bases are ready for you to personalise your own tasty creations. Another highlight amongst our guests, making one feel completely at home.

Those who appreciate wine will enjoy discovering Santorini Mozambique’s wine cellar, located off the Adega bar. While a good range of excellent wines, spirits and malts are included in the daily rate, a selection of premium wines, champagnes and spirits are available for those who wish to spoil themselves further.

For all the coffee lovers, and everyone else too - wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee with our Lazy Beans Coffee Service. A quirky little wooden box will be left outside your suite with piping hot coffee in a flask, fresh milk, sugar and homemade biscuits for dunking.
